“Farewell Blues” is an upbeat "bluegrass" standard that has roots to back to black blues street blues through the New York City big band scene before it was adopted by Earl Scruggs!
"Me & My Uncle" - "Deep Elem Blues" is a really fun favorite medley straddling bluegrass, the blue and even reaches out to the Dead Heads!
"Nightlife" is fun "end-of-the-night" song with some jazz elements that were too tempting (fun!) not to try. In fact, we had not worked on this very much when we decided to play it here. Still, a great song made famous by B.B. King and written by Willie Nelson.
